Guide pricing
Prices shown on this website are guide prices. Exact pricing can depend on the lock or electrical setup, parts required, access constraints and the complexity of the work. Parts may be additional depending on the quoted job.
Agreement before work
Where possible, we explain the expected work and cost before starting. By asking us to proceed, you agree to the discussed scope and pricing for that attendance.
Authority to request work
You must have authority to request access to or work on the property. For lockout work, we may ask for reasonable confirmation that you are authorised to access the property. Proof of occupancy or authority may be requested where appropriate. We may decline work if we are not satisfied that authority exists.
Scope of services
We provide straightforward residential, garage and small commercial locksmith and electrician services. We do not specialise in automotive keys, safes, large access-control systems or major industrial electrical projects unless expressly agreed for a specific job.
